The United Masters Weightlifting Federation (UMWF) is a global organisation dedicated to advancing the sport of weightlifting for athletes aged 30 and above through world-class events, fostering inclusivity, and international camaraderie.
The Vision
UMWF has grown from eight member countries with plans to expand to 50 participating nations. Its goal is to be recognised by the IWF as a masters group while upholding the highest competition standards.
